This is a great product for somebody with MS. The person I bought this for has limited mobility. She uses a walker around the house and a wheel chair in public. It uses a belt drive that allows you to pedal both forward and backward. Straight-forward movement with minimum range of motion is great for improving blood flow, strength, stamina, and balance. This very smooth, quiet, custom-designed exercise bike snaps on to the front crossbar of the Resistance Chair to give you additional cardio and leg exercise. It includes LCD display and adjusts for resistance level and leg length. Pedal only or combine with other resistance exercises offered with the Resistance Chair .
