I suffer from chronic daily migraines and taking Migrelief significantly reduced the frequency and intensity of headaches. I had to take it twice a day for about 2 months before I really started seeing the benefits. Now I take it in conjunction with 300mg of CoQ10 a day and I'm pretty much headache-free.
