Haven't had a migraine yet - its been four weeks which is great - I don't know if its this product and I suspect I need more time to tell...However I could not source anything in Australia that combined all of the products in one caplet and at such a great price. I am actually J Marcus' wife: I had terrible "monthly" migraines for years, as well as stress migraines. Doctors had prescribed Imitrex, Axert and other medications, which helped, but had side effects and had to be carried with me everywhere. I researched and found that magnesium can help, so I started taking magnesium. Things got a little better. Then I read about feverfew and added that, too. Things got a bit better still, but no permanent relief. Then about 8 years ago, I found MigreLief. With their formula of magnesium, feverfew and riboflavin, they produced a winner. I rarely get a migraine any more. I started with the twice daily dosage, as recommended, then cut back to once a day after about 6 months, which works for me. You have to be diligent to take it every day, but I highly recommend MigreLeif as a safe, effective alternative to prescriptions.Product Review: Unbelievable results

I had migraines for over ten years. I tried the whole time to pinpoint why, but it was always different times of the month, many different levels of stress and not with any particular foods. I can't use traditional medications to treat my migraines because of several potential interactions. I would get anywhere from 2 to 6 migraines per month. My neurologist recommended I try Migrelief, and I have only had two migraines since I started using it. It is now February and I have been using it since the beginning of October. (And let me guarantee you, my stress level has increased not diminished.) It is important to use it for 3 months to let it build in your system to really say you gave it a fair chance to work. Also, remember even though it is a supplement, make sure to tell your doctor that you are using it or ask them before you start. If nothing else, you may give them a new arsenal to help treat other patients that also suffer from migraines.
Shout it from the rooftops, THIS REALLY WORKS!! Best thing I have done for my health in a long time.

years. I am not completely migraine free, but less intense when I do
have one, and don't have near as many. Wouldn't be without this product.

I really am grateful for this product. It has cut down my migraines 95%. When I ordered them and ran out before they came, I went and bought just the feverfew at a local health food store and that did not work. I was never so glad as when the migrelief came in the mail.
