I searched for the right B/P monitor and this one was one of the highest rated ones even by Consumer Reports and doctors. Wrist cuffs are not accurate. The price was right. It came with two cuffs and I ordered the next one bigger so it can be used for everyone in the family now. I had some trouble downloaded the B/P's so I could print them out for the doctor so I called and they got me all set in about 5 minutes and were more than happy to help and told me to call them anytime. I can't say enough about this monitor & all it will do. Stores for more than one person, easy to read output, checks heart pulse and tells you when it's irregular. Uses both batteries & a plug in. I could go on & on. Let me just say this. You can't go wrong buying this monitor!Product Review: Totally unreliable

I had great hopes that this monitor would be accurate but it was not.every time I have tried this I get a different reading,this machine has consistently registered my BP at much lower levels than my doctor's monitor,most readings were 6 to 13 points low.I don't recommend buying this blood pressure monitor.

I had been using Omron machines until I saw Consumers Report give this product very high ratings.
So I switched and I am glad that I did. My cardiologist wants to check blood pressure machines used by his patients at least tweice a year to make sure it is working within the paramenters of a professioanal merecury colum machine, and this product does and he called it "excellent". Can any thing else be said?

The cuff was awkward the first few times I tried to use it but eventually got the hang of it.
I used it without the software (it holds 99 readings in memory) but was really impressed after I installed and began to use the software program. You can take up to 99 readings and then download it to the program (or write it down, erase the memory and start again if not using software). If you are a couple, it will keep track of users 1 and 2. I like this monitor even better than I thought I would.

This is the best blood pressure monitor that I have used. Consistent readings and big numbers that are easily seen. I would have given this a 5 star but there is one thing I would improve upon. The "start/on" button is on the front top and this creates a problem when I try and put it away. Nine times out of ten when I'm zipping the case shut I turn the unit back on. Kind of frustrating. I would like a switch type button on the side that turns the unit off - even if the start button has been pushed - in order to store the unit successfully until the next use.
