Product Review: Seems to work, smells strong

I just got the case of this stuff a week ago. I love that Amazon shipped it to me UPS for free to Hawaii! Anyways, we have used it for a week already. The smell is quite strong and personally I don't care for it. We use it on our cultured marble tub surround, curtain, and the tub which I think is plastic. So far it seems to be okay. I haven't noticed it getting cleaner, but that's probably because it was already clean to begin with. I'm hoping it helps cut down the soap scum and hard water that builds up.
Since it smells strong and perfumey, kind of like what you'd imagine someone's grandma to smell like, we have to close the bathroom door so that we can sleep. There is a window in the bathroom, but I like to leave the door open so that there is a cross-breeze.
I bought it because we are trying to be more eco-friendly and healthly too. I have a toddler too so I like to keep toxic things out of my house.

I thought the purpose of a daily shower spray was to eliminate or minimize the physical maintenance of the shower. I found that after a thorough cleaning and then using this product liberally at the end of the week there was still a good amount of buildup on the glass and tile which required manual cleaning. What this product will do is make the shower smell great all day long but what this product will not do is eliminate the need for weekly manual cleaning. You make the call but I would pass on this item until the formula is modified to be more effective in reducing the need on manual cleaning further than the current formula.Product Review: This stuff Works

Product Review: Works as Well as the Other Stuff - Better for You and the Planet

I have lupus, and cleaning is a challenge for me. Bending, scrubbing, elbow-greasing just doesn't happen that often for me. Even if I could still do it, I'm not sure I would want to anymore, because I'm pretty sure I'm also lazier than I used to be. But I still want things to be clean.
I used to use another daily shower cleaner, but I stopped, because I didn't know what was in it. The stuff stays there until you get into the shower with it and turn on the water. Nowadays, there are corporate good citizen sites you can check to find out what's in that stuff and how well the company that makes it treats its employees, etc.
It turns out that the stuff I was using was nontoxic after all. But the Method shower cleaner has nothing whatsoever that's problematic for the environment or for people. The good citizen score is stellar, both in terms of environmental performance and in terms of social performance. And it costs the same as the other stuff (which is made by a company that has a shockingly poor workplace record).
However, because I am lazy and lie things clean, the other company's poor treatment of its employees would not be enough to make me use this stuff if this stuff didn't work. It works great. My husband is the soap scummiest showerer on the planet, and my son acts like it's his bounden duty to bring all of the dirt from outside the house to inside the bathtub.
My tub is clean. It smells pretty good, too.

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and it definitely works. I have glass shower doors that show every water spot if I don't wipe them down every time, and this product has been working very well on them. Simply spray and it cleans off scum with time. It does have a strong odor, which I happen to like. If you are sensitive to that sort of thing, I probably wouldn't recommend it. It would be nice if they came out with an unscented version some day. Or at least one that isn't quite as heavy. I usually run my bathroom vent after spraying it, which seems to help.
