I've used other Method cleaning products for some time now, so I was glad to see their new antibacterial products. Spearmint sounded like a nice, refreshing smell, so I bought this one locally. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I had hoped.
The product cleans ok, though maybe not as well as the other Method products I've used. It seemed like I had to wipe the surfaces a bit more than usual.
Worst of all though was the smell! This was labeled as spearmint, but I didn't smell a bit of any kind of mint. Instead, I smelled the overwhelming scent of thyme, which is used as the main antibacterial agent. I wish I'd checked the label to see this, because I don't like the smell of thyme, and it's pretty overpowering.
So, if you like the smell of thyme -- not spearmint -- and don't mind scrubbing a little bit more, then this product is for you.
