My normal metatarsal padding I have to wear socks with, so I haven't been able to wear my sandals so far this summer, but these have strong adhesive and are able to stick to the sandal and give me enough support / comfort that I'm able to wear my favorite sandals again. A day without socks is a joy with temperatures reaching 100 degrees.
