So this supplement contains calcium carbonate, which is the chemical name for chalk. The citrate form of most vitamins/micronutrients is the most highly absorbable form. It is also quite a bit more expensive. Why add that when you can just add chalk (calcium carbonate) and make everyone think that they're getting their daily allowance of Ca+ and then some; plus charge more and hence maximize your profit?
This supplement also contains titanium dioxide, commonly used as a pigment, and strongly suspected to be a carcinogen.
However, the psyllium husk contained herein is great. Go for the Metamucil capsules for "digestive and heart health" with the red label; and get your calcium elsewhere! Find a high quality absorbable form like calcium citrate or calcium malate.

Dietary Fiber Supplement/Calcium Supplement. With 100% Natural Psyllium Fiber. For Regularity: Metamucil provides 100% natural fiber, in the form of Psyllium husk, to help promote and maintain regularity. Can be used for occasional constipation. For Cholesterol Lowering and Heart Health: Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day from Psyllium Husk, as in Metamucil, may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol. One serving of Metamucil provides 2.1 grams of this soluble fiber. For Bone Health: Diets high in Calcium can help build strong bones. Adequate Calcium in a healthful diet is important for bone health in teen and adult women.
