My son and I opened a box of these wafers as soon as they came. Mm-mm! They have a very good apple cinnamon flavor! Neither one of us thought we were eating a "high fiber" snack - more like a crunchy cookie! If the price is right, we will be buying these again. Oh, and thanks, Amazon, for sending us a product that had an expiration date a full 18 months out. Now we can keep these on hand as part of our food storage! (As with any higher-fiber food, make sure to drink plenty of water!)
