I have used the Twinlab Metabolift for many years. I have found it to be extremely helpful on those sluggish days without giving me the jitters that some soda or other stimulants do. Usually, I only need 2 early in the afternoon, and I am good for the rest of the day. Occasionally, I take 2 mid-morning, if I've had a rough night, and then 2 more mid-afternoon. I still sleep well that night. This is a great price compared to what I have spent through a food co-op. They discontinued this item, so I searched around and this price beat every other I found.
