As always, this product makes for a really healthy and tasty non-caloric/non-fattening protein supplement - non-allergenic and very easy to mix with either milk or water - milk is better, by far.
Vanilla is my flavor of choice - the chocolate is too bitter for me,
and just tastes "heavier". The strawberry I don't like at all.
Have used this product for years and will continue to do so.
Wish it wasen't so damn expensive!!!!
I'd still recommend it for someone whose diet is limited and needs protein enrichment.

The product shipped to me was a newer version of MetRx than pictured by the company. I knowingly spent more money ordering from this company to get the specific type of MetRx. Had I known, I would not have purchased this in bulk. Also, one of the packets in the box was sliced open a little and there was powder everywhere.
The picture and the product shipped need to match!
The company was responsive and very good about it (they refunded my shipping).

I've been using Met-rx original vanilla as part of my pre-contest diet for 15 years. The current formulation doesn't taste as good as the previous one did, but it's not bad once you get used to it.
