The moisturizing ability of this product was excellent. I had chapped lips when I received it and it helped right away. I did not like the mentholated ingredient, however, as I found it made my lips perspire. That's an odd way to describe it, but it was most uncomfortable. This is similar to Blistex in feel. I liked the cherry flavor, but normally go with unflavored lip balms. The menthol was nice and tingly. The fact that it has an SPF of 11 is an added bonus. This lip balm is definitely better than any of the other balms I've tried! After using it for a couple of days, my peeling lips were almost healed. Fewer applications are needed, as it lasts longer and doesn't suck the moisture out of my lips as it dries. The only downside is that it smells almost like cherry cough syrup! This lip balm is not really that much different from other lip balms. It does go on very nice and it moisturizes well, but the moisture doesn't last any longer than any other balm. It does feel a little better than regular chapstick when you put it on, and it goes on very smoothly. I would buy it again.
