I use these as backup for my diva cup esp. at work where I unload trucks so bathroom breaks aren't on my schedule. These are so much better than using the disposables. That plastic in the disposables is so uncomfortable while these are like flannel sheets. They are easy to take care of. I just toss mine in the wash with loads of towels and they come out just fine. They send you a random color and pattern but I really didn't care what they had on them. Buy more if you are using them alone instead of backup though.

Product Information from Gladrags GladRags all cotton reusable day pads are a healthy alternative to disposable feminine protection. Lasting 5+ years, GladRags are easy on the wallet, while also using minimal resources. GladRags holders are made out of cotton flannel fitted with a snap and 'envelope' for the inserts. GladRags inserts consist of super absorbent terry cloth and flannel. Please Note: the product you will receive may not be the exact color and/or pattern of the one represented in the photo. Currently, GladRags Day Pads are available in assorted floral patterns and green camo. Directions:To Use GladRags Reusable Menstrual Pads: 1. Place 1 or 2 of the inserts inside the holder. 2. Turn your GladRag over. Snap it around your underwear. The tag side goes next to your underwear and the smooth side goes next to your body. 3. Change your GladRag (holder and inserts) about as often as you would a disposable pad. Day Holder is approximately 9' long and 2 1/2' wide. Suggested Use Each Glad Rags Menstrual Pad consists of one envelope and two innertable liners. Open the envelope, place the liners inside, snap the envelope around your panties with the unseamed side next to your body. Glad Rags are highly absorbent, and they're much more comfortable. The cotton flannel feels good on your skin and they're designed not to slip or bunch up. It's a Mini and a Maxi. For heavy flow days use both liners, on a light day you can just use one. the envelope can be used alone as a panty liner. change your Glad Rags as often as you would change a disposable. Most women find 6-9 Glad Rags to be adequate, and they last for years. Washing Instructions: Really simple. Cold water soak or pre-rinse..machine wash and dry.Be sure to remove the liners from the envelope first. Please wash your Glad Rags before initial use.Feminine Hygiene
