If you must have something to rinse your nose and sinuses fast or on-the-go, get this, but for the long term I have found a much better product. Saline Spray is better for the nose than all the medicated sinus sprays as they can only be used for a few times without making things worse in a boomerang effect (the problem comes back worse).
For allergy relief, I would highly recommend trying SinuCleanse Squeeze Nasal Wash Kit. You will only need to buy the bottle once and the salt solution comes in small packets (some people make their own from non-iodized salt and baking soda). The SinuCleanse Squeeze Nasal Wash Kit allows for irrigation with much more volume of water allowing for rinsing out the pollen and other allergens from the nose far more efficiently than with the weak-by-comparison Saline Spray.
