The product may be wonderful, but it's been a week and RedTag hasn't even shipped it yet. There were many other vendors I could have bought from; I wouldn't have bought from RedTag if I knew it would take this long. The estimate was 1-2 days for it to ship plus delivery time. Clearly, not a very accurate estimate.
