I ordered the first one and it didn't work. If I plugged it in several times I could get a red light to come on. But it wouldn't stay on for more that about 5 seconds. So I ordered a replacement (thank you, Amazon, that part is very convenient). But the replacement does not work AT ALL. I mean AT ALL. So now I will just return it.Product Review: Don't last long

I bought two and one quit working after one day. The other one seems to be working but for how long I don't know. The working unit slowly displays a pretty variety of colors for a few seconds then switches to a new one. While this is a novel night light for a kids room or for a party it doesn't put out much light so don't expect to see where you are going.Product Review: Don't waste your time

Had the same problem as other reviewers, night light shut off a few seconds after I plugged it in. Tried different outlets, pressed and held down the button, same outcome every time. I was more than a little leery when ordering this product since it seemed a little gimmicky, but this is a *great* nightlight. It's in a baby's room so we don't have it on the color changing, but it is great to be able to lock the light to one color and thereby change the brightness (red is not bright, green is medium, blues are very bright). Normal nightlights draw more on the order of 5W however, these very bright LED lights only draw 0.6W per light. You can choose between seven colors for every single light, or have them cycle between colors. In addition, you can also select the actual brightness of the light.
I bought several packs and have lights in every single room. It provides a very nice ambiance as well as being able to find your way through the house at night without disturbing anyone, and with a very low environmental/energy bill impact.
