It may have been only the item sent to me but I gave up and sent the item back because I could not put it together without forcing, bending and possibly breaking the item. There were at least 2 places where a long bolt needed to go through 4 holes. Once one bolt was secured (through all 4 holes, I could only get the other bolt through 3 but not the 4th hole. They did not line up properly. I tried using different pieces of hardware in different places to no avail. After spending more time than I should have had to, I decided not to risk breaking the item and sent it back.

The transfer bench is extremely durable and has suction-cup tips on two legs offer extra stability and safety. The anodized, aluminum frame adjusts in 1 inch increments for a seat height of 16.5 to 21 inches above the floor. It fits tubs 11 to 21.25 inches deep and has a 1 inch space in the seat for a shower curtain. 250 pound weight capacity.Shower & Bath Stools & Benches
