Designed to provide relief from pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. Allows the patient to apply consistent stretch to the the plantar fascia by holding the foot in gentle dorsiflexion (bending the ankle upward). Lightweight design for comfort while sleeping.
