I bought and used this pillow for over a year. I found the pillow quite cumbersome to move. Although it never leaked, the water layer of the pillow eventually separated from the pillow itself making it impossible to use.
The idea of the water pillow is great, and I found that my neck problems were alleviated by use of the pillow. For the price, however, it just didn't work for me.

In fact, in a study at Johns Hopkins University, the Mediflow pillow ranked best in all 5 categories studied over all other pillows tested. Most importantly the Hopkins study found that subjects in the study with chronic neck pain reported a reduced intensity of pain after sleeping on the Mediflow pillow.
