Customer Review: A must have for the chairs you sit most...

I started recommending this pillow almost 20 years ago as a physical therapist treating patients with neck and back pain. Almost everyone can benefit from good posture and most of us have to sit more than we would like. This pillow is inflatable and so you only fill it with enough air to help you balance your head. Do NOT over inflate. You may only need a few puffs of air to get the support you need once you lean back on it. It should fit in the small of your back and be anchored to the chair (comes with straps). You need a support in the chairs you sit most. As the author of The TMJ Healing Plan and an advocate for developing healthy habits, this is a must have for the chairs you sit in most. In my book I explain in more detail how to achieve proper alignment and healthy postures in sitting, at the computer, sleeping and even standing.
