I really wish this had worked as I have hand and wrist pain. I ordered two carpal cuffs and two hand mitts. The average length of holding the heat was roughly seven minutes.
The company was very responsive and sent me duplicates of the products but I had the same result the second time around so had to send them all back.
In fairness to them, perhaps it is a problem with my microwave though I haven't had any other issues with it. They also suggest rotating the product every 30 seconds to avoid burning the cloth on it. That isn't written on the instructions anywhere but I wanted to pass it along in case you don't have a rotating tray in your microwave.
