I have been using this product for several years now. I love how it can be frozen or heated. When I warm it in the microwave, I use it on my back and it molds itself the the contour of my body. I feel like that maximizes the benifits from the heat. Its great for chronic pain like I have. Be sure not to over heat, it will damage the plastic cover/holder that holds the gel.
