I haven't actually ordered this for myself but have ordered quite a few for my patients. They love it for easy stretching of their calves. And its small so doesn't take up much space. I would recommend it if you want to be able to stretch your calves daily with ease.Product Review: Not worth the money!

I had plantar faciitis. I bought this contraption and not only did it not help, I think it made the tear in my tendon worse! I went to a specialist and he showed me how to use a towel first thing in the morning to stretch the calf and tendon in my foot. That plus a good pair of New Balance shoes and a soft insert that lifted the heel just a bit healed my plantar faciitis. Don't waste you money!Product Review: PorStretch Unilateral

I learned about the prostretch unilateral from my physical therapist for my foot. I liked it very much. It helped me stretch my achilles, calf and hamgstrings. I can pick up my foot without dragging it. My foot is not hurting that much now. Of course I have been doing my stretching exercises religiously. I would highly recommended it to anyone if they have foot problem or planta facisatis.Product Review: Pro-stretch

I ordered this product for my husband and he has given me such tremendous reports of it having helped his feet. He travels 5 days a week and takes it with him on his trips so he is able to facilate it's use even then.
He really hasn't complained of his symptoms since he received the pro-stretch. Now he is trying to get our daughter to use it too!
