I purchased this ProStretch product for my son on his Doc's (Othopedics)suggestion. He has had a problem with Seaver's, a common diagnosis for young athletes. He does use it and it does seem to work. That's all I can ask. It's easier than say standing on the edge of a step and has the gadget appeal even to an 11 year old. A good product in my opinion.Product Review: Got me out of physical therapy

Having a ProStretch at home has made all the difference for me. It has allowed me to keep my calves from tightening up and making it difficult for me to walk properly. My one caveat is that it works much better with sneakers on, which makes it a little annoying when you want a quick stretch before bed. I have severe heel and ankle pain. Pro-stretch provides a deep stretch and I am able to walk easier after. I recommend getting the double ProStretch to give even stretches on both feet and it will also save time. Each stretch should be held for about 30 seconds.Product Review: Great Stretching Tool

I got this for my office. Not only do I use it often, everyone who visits my office takes a turn on it. It seems well made and works well. I would recommend it.
