The reason for this purchase was to make my life easier - not add to the frustration! This thing was a royal pain to set up and forget that annoying voice - jeeze that alone was enough to make me cringe. Great product but should include instructions for programming. For example, I wanted to set it for only 2 reminders and it took a lot of trial and error to eliminate the presets and set my desired times.
