I ordered the medication system for my 97 year old dad. He had recently been hospitalized and was returning to his assisted living facility. When the system arrived, the box was damaged and one of the trays was cracked. I called the company to ask for a timely replacement thinking I would have to return the entire system and it would take a week or more. When the owner answered the phone and graciously agreed to send out the replacement parts that same day, I was thrilled. My dad has been using the system for 3 weeks now without problems. It's great to be both verbally and visually reminded 4 times a day to take your medication. You can't get better Customer Service than this!Product Review: purchased as a gift

My grandma has a mild case of dementia and needed help with her medication. She was having a hard time remembering what she had taken and when. So I got a basic pill caddy that would hold a week's worth. In short, it didn't work. She would open multiple days and take the pills at the wrong time or not take them at all. I had to find a better solution and this was it. It has been fantastic. You pull the tray for today only and the timer makes sure she takes the pills at the times she is supposed to. Within a week she started to feel much better. Getting the proper meds in the proper amount at the same time every day really made a difference. Everyone in the family has commented on how well this thing has worked.
I should also mention how easy it was to set up. I just put in the batteries and clicked the switch into place. It already has 4 daily alarms programmed in. (9:00am, 1:00pm, 6:00pm, 10:00pm) These times worked just fine for our needs. You can, of course, program in any times you like.
