I have four of these for my family and their vitamins and pills.
I have several different pills to take myself and carry the case in softside briefcase... and it gets banged and throw around in my car and the case has never popped open...
I have noticed that you have to press down to latch it and sometimes it will open because I didn't close it all the way.
I have other pill boxes and this one is the best so far...
My daughter likes the colors too... Great product.

I love this case because it it a case within a case..the 7 days each open individually, and there is a cover for the entire 7 day individual cases. It's very protected in your purse. Everytime I use it, my friends and relatives ask "where did you get that and how can I get one?" Now I've found it on Amazon.Product Review: Sturdy, But Small Box

Its a rather cute box, but it doesn't really have room for the bigger pills like daily vitamins and the like.
However, the box is rather sturdy, and traps the pills well from falling out. Seems like it will last a long time.
The only problem is just the compartment size.
