I'm really glad I bought this roller. For such a simple tool, it is really versatile. I have a specific spot in my back that pops out of place when I am sitting for any length of time. I've always used a pillow for support (and tried many kinds), but this roller lets me support that exact spot that pops out. I often use it in place of a support pillow. Surprisingly, it isn't uncomfortable to use it this way and the roller works with most chairs.
I also use the Maxi Backsie Roller to gradually release my back as it is intended to be used. Sometimes this works great, other times if I am too stiff, it hurts too much. Overall, I love it.
