Ordered this as a professional massage chair, but it was clearly not. It is poorly manufactured, the frame was bent, the seat and headrest were stuck in one position, and I couldn't even fold it back down to return it. Very poor quality, reeks of chemical vinyl fumes. Very disappointing! I wouldn't even recommend it for home use, as it won't change positions and cannot be put back in the carrying case once it is set up.
