Pro: wide comfortable cushion.
Con: needs clearer instructions. There is a black plastic cap on the narrower end of the pneumatic tube which must be removed before it will function. At first I thought the tube was broken.
Option: I replaced the standard office chair casters with 3" swivel bearing casters for easier rolling (7/16" shaft).
