We are very happy with this table. It is nice that it is extremely easy to set up and is very sturdy. It does not move at all even when pressure is exerted on it. It has adjustable legs which is very good for people of different heights. The foam is thick and quite comfortable. It is not especially light, but we did not find it difficult to pick up and move around the house (a single person can pick it up pretty easily). I don't know how it compares to professional tables, but it seems very strong and well made, especially for this price (around $200 in 2007). I would recommend getting the Massage Table Fleece Pad & Headrest to go with it (sold here on Amazon from BoDe Linen). It provides a very soft, warm cushion that makes it even more comfortable.
