This is not such a bad price for 64 oz. of organic maple syrup, organic cayenne, organic teas, and real sea salt.
If you're buying the right items to properly do the cleanse, you should be paying $20 for the cayenne, teas, and sea salt alone.
The price of 100% maple syrup, especially organic, tends to fluctuate. I can only find the 32 oz bottles where I live and they are around $20 each.
Do not attempt to do this cleanse with just any old store bought brands of these products. It is not the same!
Whenever I'm feeling sluggish, having headaches, or feeling ill, I begin the cleanse! Sometimes only for a few days until I feel better.
It's my new chicken noodle soup! I also try to do two 10 day cleanses/year.

The master cleanse has been around for years and has been tested and proven by many people over the years. I highly recommend the book by Peter Glickman, it answers all your questions. also, this kit is a really simple way to get started, just add lemons and water! Benefits I have had are clarity of the senses, weight loss, and of course detoxing.Product Review: This made me sick.

This shipped out really quick and I was looking forward to starting it. I did everything you're supposed to and lasted for two days. I stopped because I got really sick from it. The tea gave me horrible stomach cramps and I felt really dizzy- not to mention the lemonade tasted terrible. The syrup also tastes gross so I still have this huge thing of syrup just sitting in my cabinet. HOWEVER- in those two days, I did end up losing a couple pounds.Product Review: This really works

I did The Master Cleanse for 10 days about 6 months ago and I can tell you it really works. I felt great! I am now living in an extremely remote place and tried to do this again but failed after the first couple of days, but I think it was because I wasn't using the prescribed ingredients. I couldn't find Senna tea, so I used laxative pills. I had sea salt, but not the right kind, and I also didn't have Grade B organic maple syrup, just regular Grade A. I am wanting to try this again, so this time I'm ordering this kit, which seems like a fair price since it includes everything you need. Only thing I have to say about this kit is that you could probably use more like 80 oz. of syrup, not 64.
Overall, give this cleanse a fair shot and I promise you will not be disappointed!
