I did the Master Cleanse for 10 days in February '10 after reading about it on Peter Glickman's site. I haven't had any IBS symptoms since. I'm about ready to embark on it for a second time. I did the Master Cleanse a few years back. I had to get the ingredients from several sources which increased my shipping fees significantly.
Great idea to have all the ingredients for the Master Cleanse in one place. Great for beginners! You won't make mistakes by having the wrong
items for your cleanse.

This is a great kit for the Master Cleanse. It gives you everthing you need and for a good price. Try this escpecially if you don't live near a good health food store. One thing though-you may need to buy more maple syrup depending on how many lemonade drinks you will be making everyday. Or if you plan on doing the cleanse for longer than ten days. All around-it's fantastic.

I start my next Master Cleanse in 2 days. I have Peter Glickman's book Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days and I follow it down to the letter, including using these kits. We have enough going through our mind when doing the Master Cleanse and the book combined with the kits means that's a lot less to think about. It's awesome and I recommend both.Product Review: Great products!

These products are exactly what you need to start the master cleanse by Peter Glickman. Please read the book or go to his website for the correct directions on use. This was a wonderful, easy, cleanse that made me feel lighter, healthier, and want to eat better after. I only did it for 7 days and got great results. I will try it for the full 10 days or more next time. PS. I was not hungry at all during the day while drinking the lemonade.
