This shipped out really quick and I was looking forward to starting it. I did everything you're supposed to and lasted for two days. I stopped because I got really sick from it. The tea gave me horrible stomach cramps and I felt really dizzy- not to mention the lemonade tasted terrible. The syrup also tastes gross so I still have this huge thing of syrup just sitting in my cabinet. First time I ever tried this way of eliminating harmful toxins. I will say I usually do not believe half the stuff being said today. Through media, and all the informercials, I'm hard to convince, I'd say I'm a bit of a skeptic. However, on my fifth day I had already lost 5 lbs. It takes courage to maintain your will to continue the program but well worth the benifits and it's purpose. I felt better, my insomnia just at 5 days was no more now imagine benifits of all kinds at your 10th day. I'm happy I tried this
