I was pretty pleased with with this product. The sound quality, while not the stuff of audiophile dreams, is pretty good. I wish there was more programmability in terms of the length of the auto off timer (only 1 hour choice)and some of the sound over-lays volumes. This Product works even in San Francisco the world's nosiest city. Between modified mufflers, street people, loud mouthed drunks and and 4AM garbage trucks this machine drowns out all of the cities charming noises. Thank you.Product Review: good product

I use this product to combat chronic insomnia. Good alternative to sleep meds. Also, find it invaluable when I travel, which I do a lot of. Need to be as rested as possible when doing business on the run. Filters out most noises from hallway and room next door. Like this unit better than Sharper Image because the volume is louder and it is easier to pack. Only complaint is diode that stays lit all night. Wish it would go out after 5 minutes. May take 2-4 nights to acclimate, but well worth the effort.
Highly recommend.

A great piece of equipment. Multiple sounds and add on features allow you to create a sound particular to your needs.
