Unlike the other reviews, (which were the reason I chose this monitor) I do not get an accurate reading. This monitor registers so low on me I should be dead (70/40). When I hang my hand at my side, the reading is a bit closer to the doctor's office and the blood bank reading, but still about 20 pts off on both systolic and diastolic. It does seem to be counting my pulse rate accurately.Product Review: Very Nice!

This is a very simple monitor. Easy to use, easy to read, keeps track and is accurate. That's everything that I need. Comes in a nice hard shell case and has a graph to help you keep a running log. Very comfortable with quick, easy instructions anyone can follow. The whole family loves to use it, I have to remind them it is not a toy! Good price valueProduct Review: just what the doctor wanted

It's accurate if you hold it at heart level(read the instructions).My Dr. thinks it's good because it's fast and easy to use.I like it better than my other one (upper arm cuff).
