If you have a child who is a bedwetter & is embarressed or ashamed by it you need to get this alarm and you need to get it right now. I hesitated because I kept thinking my daughter, now 8, would 'outgrow it' and I shouldn't have waited. It took us about 2 1/2 months and I had to set up the baby monitor so I could get up with her but she's dry now all the time & so happy and proud of herself and not worried her friends would 'smell her bed' when they come to visit. Well worth the money. Well worth twice what I paid for it. She's made me promise to keep it until she's 102 just in case. The varying alarms on this particular brand were very helpful to us, she's an extremely deep sleeper and some worked a lot better than others. It's such a relief to me and her to have this behind us. Great product. I am a physician, read the studies on using meds, alarms, positive reinforcement and all point to the alarm being the most effective both in terms of initial success as well as long term results. Took about 2 weeks of mostly wet nights, but the alarm did wake my daughter without problem. Since the first 2 weeks of mostly wet nights, she has been dry ever since. I was a bed wetter as a child and wish I had something like this and should have made the purchase sooner.Product Review: Great product! Wish I had tried this sooner.

Bought this for my 6 year old daughter after trying numerous other methods to stop the bedwetting. She used to wet every night before we started using this. For the first two weeks she had lots of accidents, but after that, she's been doing great. It's been about 3 months now - and she's only had 2 accidents in the last 2 months. I definitely recommend getting the alarm with different sound options. She started to get used to the sound we had it set for and began sleeping through it - but once we changed the sound, it worked again. She doesn't need to wear it anymore. She is consistently dry and wakes up on her own to use the bathroom.Product Review: However this alarm works, it WORKS!

Our little guy is now 6 years old and had never made it through a night without wetting the bed/ pull-up. We had spent over a year waking him every night at 11pm to go to the washroom in order to avoid accidents. When he started to be concerned about wearing pull-ups at sleepovers we decided to seek a professional opinion. Our MD suggested an enuresis alarm. Still skeptical, we browsed the Internet and found this product with which many parents had found success. We went ahead and ordered it and were pleased that our insurance covers such items. Our son was quite excited to try it when it arrived. I will tell you that from that night on, it was a huge success. In the first two weeks of use, he had one wet night and one semi-wet night. All the rest of the nights and those since have been DRY nights. It is amazing. I think the combination of the alarm and a motivated child make this a very successful intervention for nocturnal enuresis. We have tried EVERYTHING to help my 10 yr old daughter stop bed wetting to no avail. The doctor's answer each time we asked was "she will grow out of it when her body creates more of whatever hormone it is lacking" so we did nothing for a while waiting and wishing it to go away. He did prescribe DDAVP which did nothing but give her a stomach ache.
We tried waking her up every night and making her go to the bathroom for 90 days and saw NO improvement. Half the time she did not even know we got her up! We changed her diet to cut out dairy....didn't help.
FINALLY she agreed to try the alarm (a little itimidating wearing wires at night but she was desperate to be like all the other kids)and we are on week 8 with 20 out of the past 21 days dry!!!! Nothing has worked but this alarm...do yourself and your child a huge favor....
Forget everything else you hear....THIS ALARM IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS! Be patient...you will have some long nights with multiple alarms but don't give up!
You will be very happy with this small investment towards your childs self-confidence. It is worth every penny!
