We purchased this alarm for our 8 year old son who was still wetting 3-4 times a week. The first 2 nights of owning the alarm he set it off, both times waking up as soon as the alarm went off. This alarm is so sensitive, that his underwear had just a small wet spot on them before he woke up. He has now been wearing the alarm for about a month, and has not wet since those first two nights. Can't promise these results for everyone, but we are amazed at his results, and how quickly this senses the urine and wakes him. Great Product!

Everything you need, now in one compact alarm. This single tone Malem ULTIMATE combines light, sound and vibration to help even the deepest sleeper wake. A tamper proof selection switch can be easily set to sound only, sound and vibration or vibration only. The switch is located inside the battery compartment to prevent accidental or unintentional switching. All settings have flashing lights. Compact and lightweight (less than two ounces including two AAA batteries) with all the advanced features and advantages of the world famous Malem alarms. The alarm is connected to a clip-on sensor which detects moisture. This new Easy-Clip sensor easily clips and anchors to the outside of any close fitting underwear for boys or girls. NO sewing to hassle with or metal clips or snaps to come undone during the night. NO mini-pads to buy and attach each night! Sensor contacts are within the clip so skin contact or sweating will not trigger the alarm. Malem products have been in worldwide use for 25 years.
