Product Review: Fix This Problem

Without washer replacement the product is not worth it. Within a short period of time the washers break and then the unit leaks all over the counter.
You have to throw out the car because it requires a replacement washer and is leaking.
With this problem solved it is a great product that everyone should own.

Product Review: Great Personal Size Juice Maker

We got our Magic Bullet blender very early when it was offered on TV. (As seen on TV, yes we got sucked into it.) It was much more expensive then even with additional extras that we got. It is very useful and very easy to use that is why we like it. The pulse switch is clever. No need to switch any knob, just a push on the top will do. You can lock it in place by twisting it a little bit clockwise or just do a press down for pulse operation. The great advantage of the blender is you can do personal size servings.
It comes with different sizes of plastic cups, all of them fits with the base blade. You also get different colors of lids so you can store them in the fridge.
We also tried it on onions, cheese, garlic, as a chopper. Not as good as it was advertised.
Maybe it was 3 years ago when we bought it. Still working and making us delicious drinks any time we feel like it. Great smoothies!

Product Review: Works, but has some design problems

Nice appliance. The multiple jars are cool. Works great with most things. I've had a couple of problems when blending drinks with ice. There is nothing to stop the blade assy from unscrewing from the jar or cup. The blade impacts with the ice and unscrews the base from whatever jar you are using. On two separate occasions I have had to do major kitchen clean up. This could be easily solved by reversing the direction the blades turn or building the jars and base with reverse threads or some sort of anti rotation feature on the base... or don't try to blend anything but crushed ice...... Other than that, this is a pretty good product... Product Review: Would be great if they gave you extra washers.

I loved the product as long as it worked. However, for some reason my washers kept getting loose and getting wrapped up in the blade and breaking. I could find no way to replace them so I just had to throw the whole thing away! I bought an Isagenix blender (similar) and it works fantastic! Never had a problem with it or it's washers and it makes fantastic smoothies. I make one every morning for breakfast. I've been using my blender once or twice daily for about three years with no problems. If you get a good one, it'll fast become one of your most favorite appliances. I'd check out alternate brands before buying this.
