These work well for sound and are fairly comfortable to sleep with. Much more comfortable than foam plugs and do not fall out.
These are soft silicon putty,they smoosh into your ear forming a plug, they do not go IN the ear canal.
I have 2 small, noisy children, I get home from work at 4am, these let me sleep. I also reccomend a fan for the "white noise" effect, and the cool air helps when the morning warms up. I use a sleep mask too. Reviews of these to follow.
