We used this product about 10 times. It has sat unused for about 6 months now. Started it up the other day and it is not working.
It was good while it lasted. Since I am still under warranty (1 year) then I'll go try to hunt down that fix.

I've had it for a few months. So far I've found no flaw in its efficacy or operation. I work at a hospital and the perceivable effect it produces is quite comparable with the treatment administered by respiratory therapists. I mean the mist this inhaler produces is of optimal temperature and depth of penetration into the airways. Just bought a second one for my father-in-law. Don't buy this product. There is no customer service. I called the customer care number: 800-622-4714, but no one answered. I had to left a voice message telling them to call back with my phone. No one ever called back.
Don't buy this product! There are better and cheaper brands out there.
