Product Review: Good only while it lasted

The plastic casing cracked in several plasces by the time I used it a dozen times. Once the plastic tab that locks the upper & lower halves to each other broke, I could only use it while carefully holding it together. After doing that a couple of times, I decided the risk of getting burned wasn't worht the benefit.
But it did work wonders...while it lasted.

I wasn't that thrilled with this product. I don't think it puts out that much steam, nor is it hot enough. I think the hot steam vaporizers put out more hot steam than this. I was quite disappointed. I expected to see hot steam billowing out of this machine that would really clear out my sinuses.Product Review: Great for singers AND cold-suffers!

This came in really handy when I was suffering from very bad, continuous colds in January. It's easy to use, and I love the fact it really is portable - - I can just pick it up and bring it to my face, and it's easy to hold onto.
It puts out nice, steady steam for 10-15 minutes straight. The nozzle directs the steam nicely without soaking my face.
Also, as a singer...this is a WONDERFUL little tool for soothing my throat if it's sore or tired after heavy vocalizing. Wish I'd had this YEARS ago! A perfect addition to a practicing or performing singer's warm-up or cool-down routine.
While I have not had this long enough to comment on its durability over a longer span of time, based on current performance, I heartily recommend this little machine to anyone who wants safe, warm steam for their throat without having to take a shower or risk burns or discomfort standing over a pot of boiling water with a towel on the head.
Product Review: Adequate but overpriced.

I bought this to replace my second Vicks/Kaz steamer. The old ones had cracked easily, and I thought this would be a better quality. I do like the design much better and this does pour out a lot of steam, BUT the plastic has already cracked in two places. I have been careful due to prior experience but obviously not careful enough. When this one goes, I will go back to the old pan on top of the stove technique.Product Review: lili

I have read a lot of good reviews for this product, and I decided to purchase it. After receiving this produced and using it for several days the pieces of the plastic part start falling, and I was not able to close the top. Anyway I had to return it.
