We thought it started out working pretty accurately but who knows now. If you take 3 temperatures they will range from 99.1 to 105. Any measurements will never be lower then 99.1 even on healthy people. Product Review: Works fine

I've only had it about a month and have had to use it a few times already. It has worked great so far. The temperature reading is instant, accurate, and easy to see. I was worried that the hight temperature alarm might wake-up my child if I used it while he was sleeping, but it is soft enough to not disturb a sleeping patient.Product Review: no complaints

I use this thermometer on my little [...], is perfect, only recomendation, keep the battery unistalled until you use it, otherwise lasts a little less. the happy or unhappy face is perfect, quick and practical.
