The smell of the rubber is horrible. I had to throw both of the bottles (one still in box) away because the petroleum smell was so toxic. I tried wrapping it in a large bath towel and everything that it came in contact with smelled of the toxic smell. I had to wash everything. Would not recommend this product.Product Review: Hot Item!

The product would not perform as advertised. Their ad said that ice could be placed in the bottle...not so unless it would be slivers only. They would take the product back, but I had to pay the shipping & handling, which eliminated that option.Product Review: Hot water bag

I order brown color but got a disliking red. First impression was real bad. But for first 2 weeks it was working flawless. Now a days the cap seems little loosen-up but still it hold the hot water for long time. Lets see how long it withstand.Product Review: How could you not be happy with this?
