I love this stuff. Normally I would eat egg whites and oatmeal, like my personal trainer wants me too, but I have a young kid (7) that I have to get ready for school each day, and I never seem to have time for cooking in the mornings. My personal trainer actually put me on to Muscle Milk N' Oats when I decided to to a 2 week road trip and I knew I would have very limited chances to cook. Since then I have been using them every time I need a good breakfast in a hurry (when I don't have time to make egg whites and oatmeal). This stuff tastes great, and you can make it in about 2 minutes or less. I would recommend these to anyone. I love the Maple and Brown sugar flavor. I tried the Vanilla flavor and I didn't like it. I haven't tried the other flavors. I have been eating the Maple and Brown sugar flavor almost every day for about 5 months and I haven't got tired of it.
