I am 48 yrs old, have tried a lot of different angles/supplements over the past 30 yrs. This one works. It Will give and sustain a pump. It will aid in increasing your lifts. If you have some adverse reaction then stop using it. That should be said for any supplement. I weigh 205lbs. benching 330lbs working out in my garage. I am currently doing the "milk routine"on squats and hitting 250lbs for 20 reps. It Helps
