I've been taking the product for most of the last couple of years. I take it at night just before bed. It tastes great and I wake up feeling much fresher than on then on the days when I don't take it. I tried one other similar product but it made me feel overly aggressive. This Secretagouge seems to have just the right mix for me - 35 year old male (150 lbs).
