In my late twenties, I'm paying the price for spending my teenage years in the sun...not only have I had a bout with skin cancer (thankfully I'm ok!), but my face has premature lines and brown sunspots. My dermatologist (a famous top Dr in NYC) got me hooked on MD Forte Cleanser II and I can't even begin to describe the difference it has made on my skin. My brown spots and lines around my eyes and mouth are noticeably disappearing and my skin looks brighter and younger....I'm finally looking my age (even younger). I would give anything to take back the time I spent in the sun, and this is enabling my skin to heal and rejuvinate itself.
It cleanses so well and my face feels so smooth and silky afterwards. I've tried so many products and nothing comes close to this.
I would recommend starting with Cleanser I, to make sure your skin can handle the glycolic acid (although its very gentle), and moving on to II. Another tip that my dermatologist gave me is to use it three times in a row and leave it on your skin for about thirty seconds (or until it starts tingling all over) in order to give yourself a "mini-peel," since the peels you get in the dermatologists office are made from the same ingredients, just a stronger percentage of glycolic acid. While I definitely see major results when I use it three times back-to-back, I would only do it every so often to avoid potentially burning your skin.
Also: Remember to use always use sunscreen when using this product!!!!
