I bought this product for myself after reading the other positive five-star reviews. Perhaps they lead me to unreasonable expectations of this product. This product is not "high tech" or "solid" feeling like other reviews have claimed. This product is cheap plastic and the red attachment broke as soon as I attempted to remove it. The performance is downright mediocre and barely gets three stars. This overrated product only works if you repeated shave the same area until your skin is totally irritated. I have always wanted to groom in private areas, but never found a convenient way to achieve this. The man groomer is a fast, easy and safe way to accomplish the grooming I preferred. Total satisfaction with this product!Product Review: No compaints

If you're looking to just "trim" versus shaving smooth, this is not the item to buy. The plastic red comb that can be adjusted in height depending on how long you want to keep the hair is about as flimsy as they come and it doesn't "lock" into position very well. All you need to do is apply too much pressure and the next thing you know, the comb adjustment has gone from "high" to "low" and now you've got a nice noticeable spot on your chest. It's as light as a feather -- very cheap plastic. There are much better products on the market for the price.
