Product Review: Flimsy plastic and poor performance

UPDATE- after returning this unit, I picked up the latest Philips Norelco BG2030- ordered directly from Philips for $50. The performance of Norelco groomer is excellent, it does the job as advertised.
Bought this for $40 at BBB. Looked good at first impression, but once it was out of the box, it turned out to be a cheaply made flimsy device. The variable length comb doesn't lock in place firmly on any settings other that the shortest (when it's all the way down), so while a good idea it's not usable. I'm not very hairy, but after a few minutes of use, the hair clogs the blades and needs to be manually removed. Overall, the trimming/shaving effectiveness and efficiency is very low- takes many rounds and much time to get the job done. Thumbs down- it's not worth the $$ and I'm returning it.

Solid feel and power is great. Nice add on many other shavers should also have is the extra long power cord to use directly if not charged up.
One thing I would request is that they maybe include a free extra blade. Otherwise, happy and buying another one as a gift today.

There are many shavers and other products out there that say they do something and fail miserably. However finally I can say this one delivers. If you think it won't for you, then don't get it. But it will; for those who have rated it poorly or didn't like it they must have used it wrong or something. After having it for some time now from the start no problems. Easy to clean, quick charging and works strong to the end of battery life. Just make sure you take your time using it and it will do what it says. Now if they only had one like this for about the same price for the face and neck you would have two great shavers you will ever need. But until that happens you will need to settle for this. It's a great product for a decent price, you definitely get your moneys worth out of it.Product Review: Good but not great

I bought this product several months after my norelco body groomer broke. I thought i'd try another company...but I wish I hadn't. This groomer nicks and pulls at the hair and there were instances will it actually pulled the hair and had me bleed. I finally succumbed and ordered another norelco and I am glad I did. I mean for someone who has a few hair here and there i'm sure this is great, but for someone who has hair on his chest, underarms, and legs, it doesn't seem to be a good fit.
